In the framework of ESCAPE, the ESCAPE Summer School 2021 edition is taking place from 7 til 18 June 2021, as a virtual event. due to the world's situation because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The program of the school is devoted to project development for astrophysics, astroparticle physics & particle physics. It will provide theoretical and hands-on training on Data Science and Python development (coding environment and good code practices, version control and collaborative development, Python packaging, scientific libraries for data science and analysis and machine learning). A Slack community for the school is available for communication between participants, to ask questions to tutors, amongst others.
The school is held as a continuation of the Asterics/Obelics summer schools (2017 edition, 2018 edition, 2019 edition).
