This document describes the detailed project plan for ESCAPE Work Package 4, CEVO (Connecting ESFRI projects to EOSC through VO framework). This plan will serve as the workplan at the beginning of the project, and will be adapted throughout the duration of the projectbased on the progress and initial results. The plan is to serve as a guide to the partners in Work Package 4 for the organisation and monitoring of the work done in each of the partner institutes.
