Des Small has worked as a scientific programmer at JIVE in the Netherlands since 2006. In previous lives he worked on dynamical systems at Bristol University and on fluid flow models for Dyson. He holds degrees in Physics, Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from Southampton University in the UK.
