Christopher obtained his PhD from the University of Nova Gorica (Slovenia) in 2020. His work was mainly focused on the CTA consortium publication assessing the instrument’s sensitivity to thermal DM annihilation processes in the Galactic centre in light of the uncertainties of gamma-ray backgrounds in this region. Christopher general research interests cover indirect searches for dark matter and dark matter phenomenology. After his doctoral studies, he joined the astro-cosmo research group of LAPTh under supervision of Francesca Calore. There, Christopher currently pursues his research using advanced statistical inference techniques and machine learning to look for multi-wavelength signals of annihilating dark matter.
