The 2nd Conference on Machine Learning for Gravitational Waves, Geophysics and Control Systems and 3rd g2net MC Meeting of the Cost Action CA17137 will be hosted by the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Engineering (RITEH), from September 9th to September 12th. The conference will be held on September 11th and September 12th.
The international GridKa School is one of the leading summer schools for advanced computing techniques. The school provides a forum for scientists and technology leaders, experts and novices to facilitate knowledge sharing and information exchange.
The goals of the meeting are therefore to determine what areas of data archives we can collaborate on, and where we can share information, data and code. There is a lot of great work being done here with new technologies (as seen at the ADASS and IVOA meetings), and it would be great to avoid duplicating effort. And of course we’re all interested in interoperability.
The purpose of the workshop is to bring together particle physicists and machine learning researchers to discuss the unique challenges posed by high-energy physics data analysis problems.
