ESCAPE - The European Science Cluster of Astronomy & Particle Physics ESFRI Research Infrastructures has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement no. 824064.
The Scalable Cyberinfrastructure to support Multi-Messenger Astrophysics (SCiMMA) project invited ESCAPE to present its goals and word, specially the latested developments on ESCAPE DIOS and ESCAPE ESAP.
When: 31st Mach 12pm CEST. In the webinar we will show the ESCAPE DIOS developments and achievements, by sharing testimonials from some of ESFRIs which are being supported by ESCAPE in facilitating their interdisciplinary research
Dates for the 3rd DIOS Workshop are now confirmed! it will take place from 21-23 March 2022, from 3pm till 6pm CET. The event will be dedicated to discuss the outcomes of ESCAPE Data Analysis Challenge 2021, event where were tested and evaluated the solutions and proposals for the construction of the ESCAPE DIOS and the ESCAPE ESAP
The ESCAPE project is organising its second international Virtual Observatory school as a hybrid meeting at the Observatoire Astronomique de Strasbourg, France and online in Zoom. The School will take place from February 22-24 2022 and on March 04 2022.
Xavier Espinal, from CERN and leading the development of ESCAPE DIOS, was invited be a panelist with "Scientific disciplines embracing no border Research Environment thanks to Science Mesh". at the Science Mesh workshop, organised by CS3MESH4EOSC project.
The meeting schedule will be made up of sessions of the IVOA Working Groups (WG) and Interest Groups (IG). In addition, we envision community presentations and contributions that will be organized within the WG/IGs for this short 3 day meeting.
